Welcome to RTM Market. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RTM Market website, services, and any associated applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using RTM Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

RTM Market is a digital marketplace that allows users to buy, sell, and trade non-fungible tokens (NFTs) using the Raptoreum (RTM) blockchain. All transactions are conducted using decentralized wallet connections.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use RTM Market.
• You represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to enter into these Terms.
• You are not located in a country subject to sanctions or embargoes.
• You are not on any restricted or prohibited parties list (such as the OFAC list).

3. Wallet & Blockchain Interaction

• RTM Market provides an integrated wallet for users to store, send, and receive RTM and NFTs. This wallet is custodial, meaning RTM Market manages the private keys associated with your wallet.
• By using RTM Market’s wallet service, you grant RTM Market control over the private keys to your assets stored within the wallet. RTM Market will take reasonable steps to safeguard your private keys and associated assets, but is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access, hacking, or unforeseen security breaches.
• All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be undone or refunded by RTM Market.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials, and you must promptly notify RTM Market of any suspicious activity or potential security breaches.
• RTM Market may require users to undergo identity verification (KYC) to comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to the custody of assets.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal activities (including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, etc.);
• Post or mint content that is harmful, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property rights of others;
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or manipulate platform features.

5. Fees

• RTM Market charges a standard fee of 8% for every transaction involving the selling or auctioning of NFTs. This fee will be automatically deducted from the seller’s transaction amount at the time of completion.
• To create (mint) an NFT on RTM Market, there is a fixed fee of 1000 RTM. This fee is required to cover the blockchain and platform costs associated with minting your NFT.
• The buyer is not responsible for any transaction fees when purchasing NFTs. The 8% fee is only applicable to the seller or creator.
• All fees are subject to change at RTM Market's discretion. Any changes will be communicated to users prior to the transaction.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any NFTs you create or purchase.
• RTM Market retains ownership of its branding, platform code, and original content.
• Listing an NFT does not transfer intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated.

7. Risk Acknowledgement

• NFTs and cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and speculative.
• You understand the risks of using decentralized technologies.
• RTM Market does not guarantee any financial returns, NFT value, or platform uptime.

8. Termination

RTM Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in suspicious or illegal activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

• RTM Market is not liable for any loss of funds, NFTs, or other assets due to unauthorized access, hacking, or security breaches, even if such breaches occur within RTM Market’s custodial wallet infrastructure.
• RTM Market is not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in processing transactions, including but not limited to failures of blockchain networks, smart contracts, or the underlying technology that facilitates NFT trading.
• While RTM Market takes reasonable measures to protect user funds, users acknowledge that there are inherent risks in storing assets in a custodial wallet, including potential loss of access due to security incidents, technical failures, or fraudulent activity.
• RTM Market is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from the volatility of NFTs, RTM, or other digital assets, nor for the accuracy of any content, price information, or asset listings on the Platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction or asset, RTM Market’s liability is limited to the amount of fees collected for that specific transaction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes to the Terms

RTM Market may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
